About Me
15 years of real estate meets 15 years of technology
Auseklis grew up between construction sites and lecture halls. His father was an architect and builder, and almost every year they visited construction fairs together, while Auseklis studied property listings with him. His mother worked at a university, so academic life was part of home from early on. He studied finance and economics at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and completed a master's in real estate at Riga Technical University, where he now lectures. Today he continues with studies in digital strategy and AI management at Rīga Stradiņš University.
Today he has been involved in more than €100 million of real estate activity, including over €40 million in development acquisitions and over €60 million in sold apartments and investment properties. Wealth.Investments, his holding company, covers real estate investment, development, brokerage and services, alongside the W.Invest investment platform. Through W.Institute he teaches real estate investment and development, with more than 1,000 students and participants so far. AIPO.ai and DoctoWell.com build AI solutions for real estate and healthcare.
